Basic information like brand, model number and serial number are vital because the more information we have, the faster we can repair your equipment. With enough information we often know the most likely problems and can bring parts on our first visit to complete the repair. |

WHAT WE CHARGE
Dispatch & Diagnostic Fee $95 one time fee covers local travel time and the first ½ hour of diagnosis and repair.
Hourly Rate $90 billed in ½ hour increments.
Return Trips $45 minimum fee which covers the first ½ hour of work.
Travel Charges $25 per ½ hour of travel outside our normal area. Our normal area is ½ hour travel radius from any of your store locations.
